Our Story
Hi, I'm Carmen Carlton, a Durban-based mum of three wonderful boys and the heart behind Cake A Day. What started as a love for baking in my own kitchen slowly grew into something I never expected.
For years, friends and family kept coming back for more. On 9 January 2025, I took the leap and turned my passion into a business. Every cake I make carries the same love and care I put into baking for my own family.
